Cassie Nelson and the Young Team were fantastic in helping my sister and me sell my mom’s house. Even though this was a stressful time for us they made it as easy and stress-free as could be possible. In the only 5 days the house was listed we had over 40 scheduled showings and 12 offers, many over asking price! Josh and the whole Team were great to work with. I was always kept informed. Everything from the first meeting, when the process was explained to me, to the actual sale of the house in Cuyahoga Falls was very efficient and quick! The house was put on the market on a Friday and sold on Sunday!! That is 36 hours ladies and gentlemen!! So many potential buyers (47) made appointments to see the house. He helped me purchase my home back in 2019 and from that experience I knew he was the only one to assist us. I live out of state and my mother's house was damaged in a fire. She came to live with us, so we had no one in the area to oversee the process. We selected the Young Team since they had successfully sold a number of homes in the immediate area. Josh was extremely responsive and upbeat, even as we were going through construction delays. Look at my other reviews, and you will see I do not give out 5 stars lightly. The service has to be exceptional, and from The Young Team, it was.My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with The Young Team. Jen Waters, who was our main agent and contact, priced our home and gave us tips for the listing photos and was great. She was always quick to answer any questions we had, and was also able to help us solve any problems that came up. The entire Young Team, including Michelle Ehasz, Sara Ohler, and Chris Seaman were all just absolutely wonderful to work with.Jen initially came to our house to figure out our listing price on a Thursday afternoon. She gave us the price she wanted to list it at (which I thought was high, but what do I know apparently), and we agreed to list with her. She stated she wanted the photographer to come out early in the next week (Tuesday) to take listing photos, and that she wanted the house listed by Thursday and sold by Saturday. I just kept thinking to myself, well that's pretty aggressive. There is no way it will sell that quickly.The next day, I received a call from Michelle Ehasz, and we set up a time for photos. Tuesday, just like Jen said. Tuesday rolls around, and Chris Seaman showed up to take photos. He did and incredible job and made our house look absolutely amazing.The house actually ended up listing on Wednesday afternoon. I thought for sure we'd have showings instantly. Nope. Nothing.Thursday, same thing. I texted Jen, starting to worry. She re-assured me not to worry, and that with the weekend coming, things will pick up. Sure enough, Friday rolls around, we have requests for 6 showings. One of those showings offered us full asking price. Listed late on a Wednesday, sold and under contract by Saturday. I was stunned, happy, and more than a little impressed. But just like Jen had hoped.At that point, Sara Ohler took over for the closing, although Jen was ALWAYS there to answer any questions or help with any issues. Sara was a wealth of knowledge, and always replied to my emails extremely quickly, which is impressive considering the amount of clients I am sure the Young Team has. Closing went off without a hitch, even a day earlier than expected, which made all parties happy.If we ever decide to move again, or if I ever hear of anyone looking for just an amazing team to work with, I will not hesitate to use or recommend The Young Team. They really do all the things they say they will. Thank you all so much.

Went to the Young Team looking for an investor realtor and was assigned to Kate. Was told I had to pay extra for her services and I was ok with that since I was new to the Ohio market. To keep a long story short, I didn't get what I paid for and had difficult time with communication and I felt I did most the work finding the properties. Initially, I was promised I'd be setup on her specific search for investment properties but I ended up having to send her properties I found for her to take a look. Additionally, multiple times I was told I'd be sent information for signature and didn't recieve it and I had to ask for it to be sent wasting my time. Really seemed she had a lot of other priorities and didn't have time for me which was a shame since I was working on purchasing multiple properties. When it came to resources for fixing the properties, she referred me to the Young Team list of recommended vendors who I contacted and they never ended up showing up to perform the fixes. Kate did give me some of my money back after I complained from her fees which was good but overall, I still feel she didn't offer anymore for investors than any other "normal" realtor I've worked with. I eventually ended working with another "investor" realtor at the Young Team and soon after purchasing another proeprty, I ended up leaving them altogether. Overall I think Kate is not a bad realtor, she just didn't deliver on what she initially said she would.

My wife and I started looking into buying our first home in early 2019. We got in contact with Jen through one of the many home listing sites and set up an appointment with her to discuss what we were looking for. At the time, we weren't really sure about the process and honestly weren't really ready to move forward yet. Jen was very patient with us and our questions and followed up multiple times (not to try to pressure us into anything, but more to see how we were doing and to let offer us advice).Fast forward to this year, and we were finally ready to make it happen. Jen got us in to see a ton of houses even during the pandemic and was awesome about working around our schedules. We lost a couple of houses we really liked, but Jen always kept positive and stuck with us. Terrible experience do not trust these people with your real estate; all they care about is their commission. When issues arise, do not expect a follow up response from them. Their administrative assistant takes the details. But, they do not follow up.Update:I attempted to respond to the owner using the email address they left here for me to respond. Selling and Buying a home is never an easy process.There's a lot of money on the line, inspection reports, appraisals, pricing decision, documents to sign, offers, counter-offers, counter-counter-offers, unreasonable sellers, unavailable and/or radio silent realtors on the other side of the transaction, and just a lot of things that add stress to a stressful time.That said, Anna Lloyd and the rest of the folks at The Young Team did everything they could to lessen stress, explain next steps, and have every potential contingency accounted for. Even though I know that I am not and was not Anna's only client, it certainly felt that way the whole time. Every bit of this process was in phenomenal hands and unparalleled expertise from start to finish, and I cannot recommend her (and them) more.Anna was a fierce advocate and understood that a 14+ month search could and would be ended when the house was found. It was found and my house went up for sale with a pricing strategy recommended by Anna. After 72 hours on the market, there were 10 offers, all over ask; 7 of the 10 were 7%+ over ask, the overall winner was 10% over ask, cash. My wife and I reached out to the Young Team after having a poor experience with another agent. We had moved out of town and were already moved into our new home. So we were under a great deal of stress about trying to sell our house from 200 miles away and our previous agent was simply not a good fit. She was not responsive, frequently unavailable and didn't seem all that invested in helping us sell our house. After talking with Jen at The Young Team, I was pretty mad that we didn't reach out to her first. Jen was incredibly quick to get back to me whenever needed and was always available to advise along the way and help in any way possible. Sold my house and had less then a month to find a new house and close.Was looking to relocate to Cleveland suburbs and needed an agent that was willing to work with my locations and set aside 2 days for me as I was traveling from another state and had limited time.Not only did they show me the house I wanted to see but also other properties which end up with us making an offer the first day.In over the next 20+ days the team worked with my selling agent and my self to insure everything went as smooth as possible despite the selling agent being difficult and acting crazy.5 stars and looking forward to working with them more.

We just purchased a new home with the Young Team; it was an amazing experience! Dustin was truly available 24/7 and made the process actually enjoyable, which, in this market, is shocking!!!! He anticipated our needs before we needed to ask! Danielle never failed to reach out to me daily to keep me in the loop; I felt listened to and my needs were met exceptionally. We were so happy with our experience with the team we even listed multiple properties with them, and this is where Josh came in. Again, he spent time actually listening to our concerns, desires and objectives. I highly recommend this team due to their 120% commitment to their customers and ease of transaction!

Anna Lloyd was my agent for a recent home purchase and she was amazing to work with! She helped us find the home of our dreams and was there every step of the journey. She outlined processes for me well in advance so we understood all aspects of our purchase, was always available for help and support, and provided great advice throughout.This scale only goes to 5 stars but I would choose more if I could.The closing team was very helpful as well: professional, courteous, and proactive with communication. The entire team is incredibly professional! They are above and beyond. Everyone is so knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. My agent Mike Roberts did an awesome job for selling my house this year, as well as purchasing it 4 years ago. He’s professional and full of passion. Photographer Chris is super nice with good taste.
