We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join The Young Team in Pepper Pike! As assistant to Josh Young, listing specialist and senior member of the leadership team, you would be responsible for supporting Josh with real estate transactions, overseeing his schedule, and organizing his communication and daily tasks. Learn the real estate industry from one of the leaders in the market and grow your own skills to become a supportive leader within the team. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly detail oriented, and an adept problem solver. Real estate experience is preferred but not required.

  • Managing all communication for the agent, including email, text, and phone calls

  • Overseeing all follow up communication with clients

  • Manage and organize Josh’s schedule, including appointments and travel arrangements

  • Organize office records and log customer data and leads within a CRM

  • Communicate necessary information to the operations team

  • Manage all clerical responsibilities including filing, organizing, and preparing reports and listing materials

  • Hold the agent accountable to their goals and help them build business

  • Other clerical duties as needed
  • 1 year of proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment including MS Office and G Suite
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High school diploma required
  • Real estate experience preferred

$30,000 - $35,000 salary, depending on experience, full medical benefits, and 401k after 90 days
