Big Thank You!

Roman and I would like to say a big "thank you" for making the refinancing of our home such a hassle-free (and almost fun!) process. You all have been such a joy to work with and were excellent at keeping us updated and answering our many questions in easily understandable terms. We will definitely refer our friends and family to you.

Thank you, too, for the lovely gift basket which arrived just in time for us to share without house guests and also for the bottle of champagne at our closing. You're the best!

Jana Shafer, Young Team Client Concierge

Jana has been with the company since April 2002. After graduating from Appalachian State University with a degree in Foreign Language, she started her career in the hospitality industry before coming to work with The Young Team..

Jana is here to assist referred clients in starting their Mortgage Planning Process. She provides immediate support for Chris Young in making sure all client needs and expectations are met. Jana can be reached at jshafer@benchmark.us or 336.282.4996 ext. 204.

Tim Jones, Young Team Loan Manager

Tim has been with the company since August 2005. With a degree from University of South Florida, Tim's wide-ranging career experience includes the US Navy (1983-1993), Payroll Specialist as well as a former loan originator. Tim enjoys cooking and outdoor activities; his iPod is filled with 80's music.

Tim is responsible for insuring the loan process creates a 'World Class Mortgage Experience' for referred clients. He also oversees the operations and management of the mortgage until the loan closing. Tim's individual NMLS license is #121560.

Brad Armistead, Young Team Loan Manager

Brad joined the The Young Team in October 2005. He is from Richmond, VA, and graduated with a degree in Business from East Carolina University - Go Pirates! Relocating to Greensboro to work as a payroll specialist, Brad oversees the processing and management of the mortgage until the loan closing. Brad’s individual NMLS license is #118514.
