A lot of people think all we do is just mortgage loans, but we do not look at it that way. In many cases we help create the largest debt of our clients' lives and we feel that it is our professional responsibility to help them manage that debt over time. Since 1990, we have helped our clients make informed choices about their Mortgage Planning options, as well as help them create a debt-strategy to create financial freedom.
As Certified Mortgage Planners, we help integrate the mortgage into our clients overall financial plan based on short and long-term goals, while making sure that we are meeting their payment, cash-flow and equity objectives. We also have found that most people spend more time researching the purchase of a TV or DVD player than they do the most appropriate mortgage plan based on their individual scenario. Since a mortgage is a much larger obligation in most cases, it is even more important to create a debt strategy for our referred clients, while taking into consideration what is most important to them.
